Before joining the company in December, 2021 she held the role of President, ASEAN and Korea at Essilor, leading its vision care business across eleven markets. Previously, Kathy served as Area Vice President at Johnson & Johnson, leading its ACUVUE contact lens business in Asia Pacific.
