Terms of use

  • Only one registration per person, those who have participated in CooperVision product fitting activities will not be applicable
  • Trial lenses offer does not include the fitting fee for the optometrist. The fitting fee and method of acceptance are determined by the store and have the final decision.
  • After the customer registers online, they need to call the selected store to make an appointment.
  • Limited service is available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please check with the store for details.
  • Participants must be examined by an optometrist to confirm that they are suitable for the trial (up to 2 different degrees)
  • In case of any dispute, CooperVision (HK) Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.

You can perform the following astigmatism tests for further confirmation.

Astigmatism test procedure

  1. First take off your glasses and cover your left eye with your left hand
  2. Move the test table or head back and forth until the right eye can see the numbers on the table
  3. Look at the horizontal, straight, and diagonal lines in the test table to see all clearly
  4. If some of the lines are unclear, it means that you may have astigmatism
  5. If you are testing the left eye, please cover your right eye with your right hand and repeat the above steps
  6. If you have doubts, please consult your in-house ophthalmologist.
