CooperVision® Singapore clariti™ 1 day Campaign



(a) These terms & conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the clariti™ 1 day "Shop & Win" campaign (the "Campaign") organized by CooperVision Singapore Pte Ltd (the "Company") across all its advertising platforms and websites. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Campaign.

(b) This Campaign is open to residents of Singapore only.

(c) This Campaign is open to all age groups but if you are under 18, you will need the permission of your parents or legal guardians to enter into the draw and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18 and have not obtained such permission, the Company reserves the right to withdraw your entry or any prizes that you may otherwise have been awarded.

(d) The officers, directors, and employees of the Company and its parent company, and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, all advertising, promotion and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Campaign, and all distributors, retailers and healthcare professionals selling clariti™ 1 day products, and their officers, directors and employees (collectively the "Ineligible Parties") and immediate family members of or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) as the Ineligible Parties are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

(e) The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

(f) The Company reserves the right not to award a prize (and select an alternative winner) if the Company is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible at any point in the Campaign or has provided false information.



This Campaign relates to purchases made from 15 January 2016 to 30 April 2016 (the "Campaign Period").



(a) With purchases of 2 boxes of any clariti™ 1 day product (sphere, toric and/or multifocal contact lenses) (the "Product"), customers can stand to receive a $10 shopping voucher plus 5 FREE pairs of the same clariti™ 1 day contact lens product purchased (worth over $20 in total) plus 1 chance to participate in a grand draw.

(b) With purchases of 4 boxes of the Product, customers can stand to receive a $20 shopping voucher plus 5 FREE pairs of the same clariti™ 1 day contact lens product purchased (worth over $20 in total) plus 5 chances to participate in a grand draw.

(c) The Company will pick a total of 10 winners through 4 grand draws to win an iPad Mini 4 each (128GB Wi-Fi model), data plan not included. 2 winners each will be picked in the grand draws in January and February 2016, and 3 winners each will be picked in the grand draws in March and April 2016.

(d) Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods or services and subject to availability.

(e) The Company reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes which may not be of equivalent value at any time by giving notice on the Company’s official website at www.coopervision.com.sg or otherwise notifying the winners.

(f) Prizes are awarded on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind from the Company, save where this would be contrary to applicable law.

(g) All prizes in this Campaign are sponsored by the Company.



(a) Customers can participate in the Campaign by visiting the official participating outlets as listed at www.coopervision.com.sg/clariti-promo

(b) Participants are required to complete the submission form(s) obtained from the official participating outlets to claim their shopping vouchers, free gifts and participate in the grand draws.

(c) There is no limit on the number of times each customer can participate in the Campaign, as long as the customer does not submit more than one application form for each qualifying purchase.

(d) To participate in the Campaign, all required fields in the submission form need to be completed. Each participant must provide (i) his/her full name as per NRIC/passport, (ii) a valid email address, (iii) his/her contact number, and (iv) the valid number of original contact lens box flaps must be attached to the official submission form and sent to the Company at 101 Thomson Road, United Square, #16-03, Singapore 307591 and received by the Company on or before 30th April 2016.

(e) Winners may be asked to verify their entries.

(f) Shopping vouchers will be mailed to those customers who are entitled to receive the shopping vouchers at the end of the month from January 2016 to April 2016.

(g) FREE pairs of contact lenses are to be collected in person by the customer at the official participating outlets

(h) Each of the grand draws will take place at the Company’s Singapore office at 101 Thomson Road, United Square, #16-03, Singapore 307591 on the last working day of each month at 4.30pm.

(i) Winners of the grand draw will be announced on the Company’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/coopervisionsg on the 15th of each month from February to May 2016.



(a) By participating in the Campaign and/or taking part in such promotional activities, you agree that the Company has the right to publicize the names of the winners and their photographs and images on the official website and other official social media platforms (including the Facebook page) of the Company.

(b) All photographs and images produced by the Company and/or any member of the Company group associated with the promotional activities, the Campaign, participants, winners and prizes will be the property of the Company.



All decisions made by the Company are final.



(a) Collection of the prizes of the grand draws is to be carried out in person at the Company’s Singapore office at 101 Thomson Road, United Square, #16-03, Singapore 307591.

(b) Collection time is from 9.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays - Fridays only)

(c) All prizes not collected within 2 months of the date of announcement of the results of each grand draw will be donated by the Company to a charity approved by law in the Company’s sole discretion.



(a) Winners will be notified via email or telephone with the contact details stated on the submission form.

(b) If a winner does not, for whatever reason, redeem the prize within 14 days, the Company reserves the right to select another entry as the winner. No alternative prize will be offered to the original winner.



To the widest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for, and each participant agrees that it shall not assert against the Company any claim for, any damage, loss, injury, costs, expenses or disappointment (collectively "Losses") (including special, indirect, consequential and punitive Losses) incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of or in connection with the participation in the Campaign, the inability to participate in the Campaign, the acceptance, collection or use of any prize, the inability of the Company to process any entries to the Campaign due to any technical, operational or other reasons, or any other errors, acts or omissions of the Company in respect of the Campaign.



Save as otherwise expressly provided in these zTerms and Conditions, any personal data relating to participants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. The Company will take such steps as are reasonably practical to protect the data from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorised or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Data relating to participants will be retained by the Company for a reasonable period after the Campaign closes to assist the Company to operate the Campaign and to deal with any queries on the Campaign.



The laws of Singapore govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
